A welcome from the Intendant General

R.Ill.Kt. Anthony William Llewellyn KCC – Intendant-General

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to the Red Cross of Constantine (West Yorkshire Division) web site.

I was honoured and very privileged to be Installed as the ninth Intendant-General of this Division in 2008 and I’m humbled by the support all the members the Division give me and in return pledge my upmost commitment for many more years to come.

Our Division is one of the largest within the country consisting of 15 conclaves spanning gods own county from Brighouse in the West to Goole in the East.

We pride ourselves on being the most friendliest masonic order and with over 240 members we guarantee you a warm Yorkshire welcome. One of the delights of our Order is that there is much visiting both within the Division and further afield and annually partake in the Tri-partite meeting with Nottingham and Derbyshire Divisions.

Our Divisional Guard, of which membership is eagerly sought and deemed a privilege, act as the escort for all major meetings within the conclave and to the annual meeting of the Divisional Conclave performing wonderful ceremony duties.

I’m also ably assisted by Deputy Intendant-General,  V.Illustrious Knight Raymond Charles Johnson who although only recently installed has already brought many new initiatives, this updated website being one of them together with the new Divisional Facebook group.

It is our intention to exploit modern day technology to better communicate and actively promote the benefits of belonging to our wonderful order but without distilling our core values which bind the order together.

We welcome every candidate for admission into the Order as long as they are a Royal Arch Mason and profess his belief in the Trinitarian Christian Faith.

Yours in Faith, Unity and Zeal

R.Ill.Kt. Anthony William Llewellyn KCC – Intendant-General
